📋 Description

• Prepare and review balance sheet and income statement reconciliations • Prepare and review routine and complex journal entries as part of the monthly close process • Perform complex account reconciliations and financial analyses • Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements • Prepare and/or review statements of cash flows for domestic and international entities • Prepare monthly variance analyses and communicate insights to management • Support external audits by providing schedules, documentation, and audit-ready financial statements • Assist with accounting and reporting for European subsidiaries • Ensure consistency in global accounting policies and support consolidation activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field • 3+ years of relevant accounting experience; public company or public accounting experience preferred • Big 4 experience strongly preferred • CPA a plus, not required • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP; IFRS experience a plus • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
