📋 Description
• Lead the seamless integration of MEP systems into BIM models • Oversee the coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems • Model and coordinate MEP systems, collaborating with subcontractors • Develop and enforce MEP-specific BIM standards, protocols, and best practices • Manage the creation and maintenance of MEP BIM models for accuracy and constructability
🎯 Requirements
• Proficiency in MEP-related BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Fabrication CADmep) • Strong experience in BIM coordination workflows across multiple MEP trades • Familiarity with prefabrication detailing and spooling processes • Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to mentor and train others in MEP BIM tools and workflows • Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality deliverables
