📋 Description

• Lead Project Execution • Manage Electrical BIM and VDC projects throughout the project lifecycle • Develop project execution plans, coordination strategies, and schedules • Facilitate coordination meetings and drive issue resolution efforts • Track project progress, risks, and milestones • Ensure BIM models and project deliverables align with project requirements • Manage Client Relationships • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients • Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders • Communicate project status, risks, and schedule impacts proactively • Facilitate productive meetings and ensure follow-through on action items • Support project pursuits, preconstruction efforts, and estimating reviews when needed • Support Team Success • Coordinate work across BIM Specialists, Coordinators, and production team members • Provide project direction, support, and accountability • Promote collaboration and clear communication across project teams • Mentor team members through project execution and technical problem-solving • Drive Quality & Results • Identify project risks, constructability concerns, and coordination challenges early • Develop solutions and mitigation strategies proactively • Support quality control efforts and deliverable reviews • Reduce rework through strong planning, communication, and coordination • Support Operational Performance • Assist with project planning, staffing coordination, and workload management • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and production hours • Support forecasting and resource planning efforts • Contribute to efficient project execution and overall project profitability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing BIM, VDC, detailing, coordination, or construction-related projects • Strong understanding of construction workflows and project delivery processes • Experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM coordination workflows • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
