📋 Description

• Develop and improve product capabilities supporting account security, account lifecycle management, and customer trust • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, intuitive customer experiences while supporting applicable compliance requirements • Manage and enhance third-party risk platforms supporting account, trading, and growth-related risk management • Partner with Risk and Engineering on platform configuration, risk rules, vendor integrations, testing, and operational workflows • Develop and enhance shared platform capabilities, third-party integrations, and internal tools supporting customer and asset reporting and other business or regulatory requirements • Partner with Engineering, Customer Experience, and Risk Operations to automate manual processes, streamline case management and investigations, strengthen operational controls, and improve efficiency • Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions • Balance customer experience, risk mitigation, and business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of product management experience • Experience preferably in cryptocurrency, fintech, financial services, payments, or other regulated technology environments • Experience working with fraud prevention or risk management products, including risk platforms, rules, and operational workflows • Experience with account management, risk, and compliance requirements in financial services or digital asset platforms • Experience developing platform products, internal operational tools, or workflow automation solutions • Experience working with third-party platforms and vendors • Strong technical aptitude • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate business requirements into clear product specifications and data-driven improvements • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Ability to independently drive product initiatives and navigate competing priorities • Experience with SQL, analytics tools, or risk management platforms is a plus • Legally authorized to work in the United States
