📋 Description

• Lead and execute integrative multi-omics analyses from large clinical cohorts. • Translate complex NGS and proteomics data into actionable biological and clinical insights. • Partner closely with clinical teams, medical experts, biostatistics, and medical affairs to address critical clinical trial questions. • Contribute to biomarker strategy, exploratory endpoints, and interpretation of clinical trial results. • Communicate findings clearly and effectively to cross-functional, clinical, and scientific stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Immunology, or a related field • 5+ years of relevant industry experience • Hands-on experience analyzing NGS and/or proteomics data from large clinical datasets • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments • Relevant postdoctoral training (preferred) • Background in immunology and/or autoimmune disease biology (preferred) • Experience supporting biomarker discovery and mechanism-of-action studies in clinical trials (preferred)
