📋 Description

• Coordinate assignments for freelance writers, editors, and medical reviewers • Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding work • Enter and update project information in Jira • Ensure articles are in the correct workflow stage and move through the editorial pipeline • Contact physicians by email or LinkedIn about medical review opportunities • Lightly edit pages after medical review and complete final checks before copy editing • Build and format pages in WordPress • Update project trackers and organize files in Google Sheets, Drive, and Docs • Organize payment information, release forms, and contributor paperwork • Assist with other editorial and administrative tasks as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Entry-level role • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with different contributors • Experience with Google Workspace preferred • Familiarity with Jira or WordPress helpful but not required • Approximately 15 hours per week during regular business hours • Experience with editing, project coordination, or content management asked in application • Comfortable using or learning Google Workspace, Jira, and WordPress
