📋 Description

• Design experiences for administrators of Teams and Enterprise organizations in the Admin Console and for managed service providers in the Provider Portal • Improve organization setup, member invitations and management, groups, collections, and access controls • Design policy and configuration settings including SSO, user provisioning, and directory sync • Design reports and dashboards, including Access Intelligence, to identify weak, reused, or exposed credentials and prioritize risk • Design event logs and activity views supporting audits and investigations • Make large amounts of data easy to scan, filter, and act on • Create user flows, prototypes, and production-ready designs using the Bitwarden design system • Use AI design tools for research, ideation, rapid prototyping, and iteration • Collaborate with product teams on emerging concepts, including agentic workflows • Help conduct administrator interviews and usability tests and review customer feedback • Present work in design critiques and to product and engineering partners

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be based in the U.S. • 2+ years of experience in product design or equivalent experience • Portfolio showing end-to-end design work on digital products • Strong interaction design skills, including sketching, wireframing, and prototyping • Proficiency in Figma and experience working within a component-based design system • Experience designing data-heavy interfaces such as tables, dashboards, reports, or settings pages • Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, V0, or Figma AI, and ability to write effective prompts • Front-end development experience or experience prototyping in code with AI tools • Interest in designing AI features and understanding of their usability and trust issues • Understanding of and passion for cybersecurity, online privacy, and open source • Ability to turn complex requirements into clear, usable workflows • Strong communication skills and collaborative working style • Portfolio link must be included with the application • Successful candidates must authorize and complete a background check • Nice-to-have: experience designing B2B or enterprise SaaS products, especially admin consoles • Nice-to-have: experience with data visualization and reporting design • Nice-to-have: familiarity with SSO, SCIM, and role-based access control • Nice-to-have: experience designing for IT administrators, security teams, or managed service providers • Nice-to-have: experience designing cybersecurity, identity, or privacy products • Nice-to-have: experience designing AI-powered features • Nice-to-have: familiarity with Angular component libraries and WCAG accessibility guidelines
