📋 Description

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements supporting the NORAM business • Provide overflow and backup support for EMEA commercial transactions during increased demand, PTO coverage, or resource constraints • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and regional legal resources across jurisdictions • Draft and negotiate NDAs, Supplier Agreements, Intercompany Agreements, and Partnership Agreements • Balance legal risk with commercial objectives to support deal closure • Advise on GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection regulations • Support development and maintenance of privacy policies and procedures for NORAM and EMEA • Provide guidance on commercial and contractual matters • Identify legal risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies • Advise on trademark, IP, and cross-border legal issues • Resolve issues with autonomy and pragmatism • Develop and maintain contract templates, legal playbooks, and internal guidelines • Deliver ad hoc legal training to stakeholders across regions • Work closely with the General Counsel and Legal team to ensure consistent regional support

🎯 Requirements

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school • Active admission to a U.S. state bar • 5+ years of legal experience • Significant enterprise SaaS contract negotiation experience in a vendor-side environment • Experience negotiating commercial contracts in the technology or SaaS sector • Working knowledge of UK and German legal frameworks for commercial contracts and data protection • Working knowledge of GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA in a multinational context • Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills • Familiarity with trademark law and IP in a commercial setting • Ability to manage competing priorities independently and deliver under tight timelines
