📋 Description

• Accountable for maintaining high standards of quality and operational efficiency throughout the BPA • Address both technical and business process considerations • Allocate resources within the organization and make decisions to address Government inquiries, concerns, and feedback • Proactively identify and communicate potential contractual, programmatic, or resource-related challenges to the Government • Schedule personnel rotations to maintain appropriate staffing levels. • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the team members. • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizen, Secret Clearance. • Possess a PMP certification. • Possess a Certified Defense Financial Management (CDFM) certification. • Minimum of five (5) years program management experience supporting and managing large, complex DoD ERP/accounting systems utilizing DAI and Oracle Federal Financials. • Excellent leadership and managerial skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively. • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
