• Apply technical expertise and skills to provide Tier 1 helpdesk support (triage). • Develop training materials. • Prepare Bi-Weekly Metrics and Progress Reporting. • Prepare Monthly Communication Tools. • Prepare Reporting. • Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support (triage) to users, resolving issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams as needed. • Assist in the creation of monthly communication tools, including newsletters, user tips, and system updates, to enhance user awareness and adoption of DAI and related modules.
• U.S. Citizenship required. • Clearance: Secret or higher • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and ten (10) years of experience with DAI (Oracle Financials). • Experience with DAI modules, Budget to Report, Cost Accounting, Procure to Pay, Oracle Time and Labor, OAS, and Order to Cash is preferred. • Proven experience in providing Tier 1 helpdesk support, including issue triaging, ticket management, and resolution. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
