📋 Description
• Support recruiting efforts from intake through candidate submission • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases • Conduct phone and video screens to evaluate candidates • Prepare clear candidate summaries • Communicate with candidates throughout the process • Track recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system • Maintain a positive candidate experience

• Strong full lifecycle recruiting experience • Ability to quickly understand client requirements • Experience recruiting for federal, enterprise, and commercial clients • Familiarity with federal recruiting terms • Ability to screen for both technical fit and culture fit • Strong communication skills • Experience with senior-level candidates • Attention to detail
