📋 Description

• Own the reliability, performance, and continuous operation of a global enterprise network • Lead the operations team, manage, mentor, and develop staff • Ensure coverage and staffing models for 24/7 operations • Serve as the senior escalation owner and operational decision-maker • Drive down Mean Time to Repair • Define monitoring, alerting, and telemetry standards • Produce operational reporting • Own the Network Acceptance Testing framework • Direct hypercare phase after new site launches • Oversee high-risk Methods of Procedure authoring • Ensure high-availability network operations across critical facilities • Own the response to major incidents • Run the problem-management program • Champion the shift towards automated, template-driven architectures • Act as primary operational point of contact for client’s IT operations leadership • Manage relationships with hardware vendors and carriers

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in network engineering, enterprise deployment, or high-velocity network operations • Proven track record leading NOC or network operations teams in a 24/7, high-availability environment • Demonstrated ownership of network operations within critical infrastructure with high-availability requirements • Strong hands-on background configuring and troubleshooting multi-vendor network devices via CLI and cloud-managed controllers • Practical, ownership-level command of ITIL Incident, Change, and Problem management • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
