📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. • Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. • Work closely with ServiceNow development teams to define solutions. • Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities. • Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders. • Support solution design discussions with technical teams and architects. • Assist in UAT planning, coordination, and execution. • Validate delivered solutions against business requirements. • Maintain clear documentation across the project lifecycle. • Support data and workflow analysis across enterprise systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation projects. • Strong experience working with ServiceNow and/or Salesforce platforms. • Solid understanding of business process analysis and system workflows. • Experience working in Agile environments.
