📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications. • Work with Product Managers to define scope, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirement sessions. • Create process flows, wireframes (basic), and business process documentation. • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements. • Support testing activities, including UAT planning and validation. • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement. • Maintain documentation throughout the product lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC). • Experience working in Agile environments. • Ability to translate business problems into technical requirements. • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Technical & Functional Skills Requirements gathering & documentation • User stories & acceptance criteria writing • Process mapping (BPMN, flowcharts, or similar tools) • Agile tools such as Jira / Confluence • Basic understanding of APIs and system integration • Data analysis (Excel, SQL basics preferred) • Familiarity with product development lifecycle • Exposure to digital platforms or enterprise systems
