📋 Description

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and business rules. • Translate business requirements into system configurations. • Support setup and optimization of platform configurations across environments. • Maintain configuration documentation and change logs. • Assist in implementing enhancements, patches, and system updates. • Troubleshoot configuration-related issues and provide resolution support. • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams. • Support testing and validation of configured solutions. • Ensure configuration aligns with governance and best practices. • Participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery planning sessions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in ServiceNow ​ configuration or similar enterprise platform roles. • Strong understanding of system configuration principles and ITSM processes. • Experience working in agile or structured delivery environments. • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to translate business needs into technical configurations.
