📋 Description

• Lead and support ERP implementation and optimization initiatives. • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ERP solutions. • Configure ERP modules based on business needs and best practices. • Support integration between ERP systems and ServiceNow or other enterprise platforms. • Analyze and improve business processes across finance, operations, and service workflows. • Assist in data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities. • Support system testing, UAT coordination, and issue resolution. • Collaborate with technical teams, business users, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in ERP consulting, implementation, or support roles. • Strong experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). • Experience integrating ERP systems with ServiceNow or similar platforms. • Strong understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, or operations. • Experience working in Agile or structured delivery environments. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
