📋 Description
• Support business and technical teams by gathering requirements • Creating documentation • Assisting in the delivery of solutions on ServiceNow • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements • Create and maintain clear project documentation, including user stories and process flows • Support analysis of business processes and workflows • Work with senior Business Analysts and technical teams to refine requirements • Help prepare functional specifications and solution documents • Assist in updating and maintaining documentation throughout the project lifecycle • Support testing activities by documenting test cases and expected outcomes • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and reviews
🎯 Requirements
• 4-5 years of experience • Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and SDLC • Strong writing and documentation skills • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work in a structured, team-based environment • Technical & Functional Skills Requirements documentation and user story writing • Process mapping and workflow documentation • Basic understanding of ServiceNow (preferred) • Microsoft Word, Excel, and documentation tools • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
