📋 Description

• Developing and configuring applications on ServiceNow. • Support customization of workflows, forms, objects, and business logic. • Write and maintain basic scripts and code (under supervision). • Assist in building and testing features, enhancements, and defect fixes. • Participate in requirement analysis and technical design discussions. • Support integration activities between enterprise systems. • Assist in debugging and resolving application issues. • Contribute to documentation of technical solutions and configurations. • Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint activities. • Collaborate with QA, Business Analysts, and senior developers.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience. • Understanding of software development principles and SDLC. • Interest in enterprise platforms like ServiceNow and Salesforce. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Good communication and willingness to learn in a team environment. • Knowledge of JavaScript or similar programming languages. • Understanding of ServiceNow scripting and development. • Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts. • Version control: Git / GitHub / GitLab. • Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations. • Agile tools such as Jira. • Debugging and troubleshooting fundamentals.
