📋 Description

• Implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions • Configure Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Audience Builder • Design customer engagement and lifecycle marketing campaigns • Build segmentation and personalization strategies • Develop marketing analytics and campaign performance reporting • Support data integration and customer data management initiatives • Advise clients on marketing automation best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in CRM and Marketing Automation • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Experience managing customer journey programs • Strong understanding of digital marketing and analytics • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification preferred
