📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects. • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and delivery roadmaps. • Manage cross-functional teams including developers, QA, business analysts, and technical leads. • Track project progress, budgets, risks, and dependencies. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in project management or delivery roles. • Strong experience delivering ServiceNow or enterprise IT projects. • Proven ability to manage cross-functional, distributed teams. • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
