📋 Description

• Provide expert advisory on regulatory frameworks across fintech, banking, and digital products. • Interpret and translate complex regulations into actionable business and product requirements. • Advise on compliance strategy across multiple jurisdictions and markets. • Support product and engineering teams in embedding regulatory requirements into system design. • Conduct regulatory risk assessments and gap analyses. • Monitor evolving regulations and assess business impact. • Engage with internal stakeholders and external regulators when required. • Review policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance alignment. • Support audit readiness and regulatory reporting processes. • Guide governance frameworks for data privacy, AML/KYC, and financial compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal advisory, or risk management. • Strong experience in fintech, banking, payments, or regulated digital platforms. • Proven ability to interpret complex regulatory frameworks and apply them practically. • Experience working across multiple regulatory environments or jurisdictions. • Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills. • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
