📋 Description

• Lead Sales Cloud implementation projects from discovery to deployment • Gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions • Configure Sales Cloud features including Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, and Forecasting • Design sales process automation and approval workflows • Develop dashboards, reports, and sales performance analytics • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and customizations • Conduct user training and stakeholder workshops

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years Salesforce experience • 3+ years implementing Sales Cloud solutions • Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification preferred • Experience with CRM transformation projects • Strong stakeholder management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication
