📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS implementation projects from project kickoff through deployment and project closure • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resource allocations, and success measures • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests • Drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders to meet project commitments • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, executive reviews, status reporting, and decision-making forums • Partner with customers to establish implementation strategies aligned with business objectives • Serve as the primary customer contact throughout implementation engagements • Build relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors • Communicate project status, risks, milestones, and outcomes • Guide customers through complex implementation journeys • Facilitate alignment across customer teams, technical stakeholders, and executive leadership • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and develop mitigation plans • Escalate concerns and resolve complex project challenges • Maintain project momentum and accountability in fast-paced environments • Apply project management best practices and implementation methodologies • Conduct retrospectives and apply lessons learned • Use project management, reporting, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and visibility • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that strengthen delivery excellence and customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations, technology deployments, digital transformation initiatives, or complex customer-facing projects • Proven experience delivering software implementation projects involving multiple stakeholders, business functions, and technical teams • Experience managing external customer-facing projects and serving as the primary project lead throughout the implementation lifecycle • Strong project planning, risk management, governance, and stakeholder management experience • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in complex, fast-paced environments • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills • Experience influencing stakeholders across all organizational levels, including executive leadership • Proficiency with project management and collaboration platforms such as Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools • PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, SAFe, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred • Knowledge of systems integration, data migration, change management, and implementation methodologies preferred • Experience utilizing AI-enabled project management, reporting, forecasting, or analytics tools preferred
