📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers • Build meaningful relationships with patients and families • Understand patient and family needs and support engagement in treatment • Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic approaches that foster long-term progress • Provide compassionate, evidence-based care as part of an interdisciplinary team • Maintain a full caseload through immediate patient referrals • Participate in weekly clinical consultation and peer support • Focus on patient care while the organization handles credentialing, billing, insurance, and EMR

🎯 Requirements

• Independently licensed as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in at least one U.S. state • Willingness to obtain licensure in one or more of Blackbird's operating states; Blackbird covers the cost • One year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to children and adolescent patients • One year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting • Own your own phone, computer, and high-speed internet • Flexibility to work after 3pm ET during the week and/or weekends • Ability to provide therapy to children, adolescents, young adults ages 2–26, and caregivers
