📋 Description

• Develop and implement the complete PMHNP residency program structure • Create and codify the residency curriculum and seminar schedule • Lead accreditation efforts, including developing knowledge of the accreditation process and CAPP requirements • Mentor and train residents transitioning from graduate school to professional practice • Design and implement comprehensive resident evaluation systems • Manage resident performance issues and create performance improvement plans • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to integrate residents into Blackbird Health's whole-child care culture • Report to the VP of Medical Services

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree from an accredited nursing program • PMHNP-BC certification • Active PMHNP/APRN license in Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Maryland • Ability to obtain licenses in additional states as required • At least 3 years of experience as a CRNP • 1 year of experience in an educational or leadership role in a behavioral health setting • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices in pediatric psychiatry • Demonstrated ability to train, develop, and motivate medical professionals • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing environment • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to behavioral health services and residency program accreditation • Comfortable using Google Suite, EMR systems, and virtual platforms
