📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26 • Build meaningful relationships with patients and families • Understand patient and family needs and support treatment engagement • Educate patients and families on care options supporting long-term progress • Provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care • Collaborate with psychotherapists, specialists, clinical leaders, speech therapists, OTs, and neuropsychology specialists • Support whole-child, integrated behavioral healthcare

🎯 Requirements

• Active Virginia PMHNP/CRNP/APN license • Active DEA registration • State Prescriptive Authority • Board Certified by ANCC or AANP (PMHNP-BC) • Master’s Degree from an accredited nursing program • 1+ years of independent psychiatric experience working under licensure • Direct experience serving children, adolescents, or young adults • Availability after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends • Tech-savvy • Equipped with a computer, phone, and high-speed internet • Proficiency in EHR systems and Google Suite
