📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, assessments, treatment planning, and medication management for children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26 • Work with therapists and interdisciplinary colleagues to create whole-child treatment plans • Educate parents and caregivers about their child’s mental health journey • Oversee diagnostic testing • Maintain HIPAA-compliant records • Provide care in a weekend-only, fully remote role • Participate in weekly clinical consultation and professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree from an accredited nursing program • PMHNP-BC certification • At least one year of independent psychiatric experience working under licensure • Experience working with children/adolescents as a PMHNP • Active license in PA, VA, NJ, or MD, or a current license in another state and willingness to obtain these via Blackbird sponsorship • DEA license and State Prescriptive Authority • Proficiency in Google Suite, EMR systems, and virtual telehealth platforms • Availability for weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM–6:30 PM ET • Passion for transforming behavioral health for youth
