📋 Description

• Perform all aspects of mechanical service for commercial and industrial HVAC equipment • Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, improvements, and modifications • Provide customer/site support, including scheduled family-friendly on-call and back-up coverage • Provide 24/7 support as deemed necessary • Communicate effectively with customers, internal parties, and BSI Management • Work with minimal supervision in a team-oriented environment • Travel 5–10% as required

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in the HVACR industry • Liebert/Data Center/Mission Critical experience is a plus • Knowledge of HVAC, Controls, and Electrical systems • Universal EPA Certification Card • High School Diploma or Equivalent • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record • Valid Social Security number • Must be able to pass background, fit for duty, and drug test(s) as required by company and customers • 5–10% travel required • Written, Verbal, interpersonal, and telephone communications skills is a must • Requires a great attitude working with both customers and internal parties • Self-motivated problem solver able to work with minimal supervision in a team-oriented environment • Must be able to communicate intelligently and effectively with customers and BSI Management • Flexible work schedule • Requires 24/7 support as deemed necessary/occasional unexpected overtime • Scheduled family-friendly on-call and back-up for after-hours customer/site support
