📋 Description

• Lead the design and delivery of trading and portfolio management workflows for SMA Solutions business • Partner closely with portfolio managers, traders, engineering, and operations to define user journeys, streamline trade lifecycle processes, and ensure scalable execution across asset classes • Gain understanding of current state end-to-end PM and trading workflows for SMA Solutions business that spans across multiple asset class/geographic locations/client segments • Visualize ideal state exception-based workflow to operate at scale using optimization as the central order generation tool • Define requirements for engineering teams to execute on the vision set by SMA business • Implement STP of Client directed trading activities to increase operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of product management experience, preferably in financial services or wealth tech • Proven track record in defining and implementing solutions that surpassed expectations • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification in product management is a plus • Familiarity with Aladdin, Charles River & Perform is a big plus
