• Develop and maintain internal quality control procedures supporting remediation, validation, reconciliation, and reporting activities. • Conduct recurring quality control reviews to validate the accuracy, completeness, and effectiveness of remediation actions and deliverables. • Document QC findings, including deficiencies, corrective actions, recurring issues, and process improvement recommendations. • Maintain corrective action logs and track deficiencies through resolution using structured tracking tools and monthly updates. • Perform root cause analysis to identify recurring data quality issues and develop mitigation strategies. • Maintain and update digital QC plans, trackers, and reporting artifacts for monthly reviews. • Validate data accuracy within dashboards, trend analyses, and remediation metrics to ensure reliable reporting. • Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies, improve processes, and support quality objectives. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), QC plans, logs, and structured reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Quality Management, or a related field. • 6+ years of experience developing and executing quality assurance methodologies, quality control processes, and validation workflows. • 4+ years of experience performing data validation, analyzing metrics, and ensuring the accuracy of dashboards, reports, and operational data. • 4+ years of experience documenting processes, managing corrective actions, performing root cause analysis, and developing process improvement recommendations.
