📋 Description

• Support the financial and price analysis of complex healthcare proposals for a major federal procurement • Evaluate managed-care and healthcare proposal pricing, rates, unit prices, reimbursement methodologies, administrative fees, discounts, utilization, trend, escalation, and other cost drivers • Review solicitation requirements, evaluation criteria, contract terms, amendments, and acquisition documentation • Crosswalk Offeror pricing submissions against required structures, contract line items, periods, regions, populations, benefit categories, and supporting data • Analyze medical and healthcare pricing data, including provider reimbursement, claims, utilization, network discounts, administrative costs, regional adjustments, and risk-sharing arrangements • Build, review, modify, and validate pricing workbooks and models, including formulas, calculations, reconciliations, assumptions, and supporting documentation • Normalize and compare competing proposals using historical results, market benchmarks, Government data, independent estimates, and other sources • Identify deficiencies, outliers, unsupported assumptions, inconsistencies, ambiguities, unbalanced pricing, and potential cost or performance risks • Develop clarification questions, analytical findings, negotiation objectives, and fair-and-reasonable pricing recommendations • Prepare Price Analysis Reports, comparison tables, executive briefings, decision-support materials, and traceable acquisition workpapers • Collaborate with healthcare, actuarial, pricing, and acquisition professionals through clarifications, proposal revisions, negotiations, and Final Proposal Revisions while protecting procurement-sensitive information

🎯 Requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Healthcare Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline • 7+ years of experience in healthcare pricing, medical pricing, managed-care pricing, reimbursement, healthcare economics, health-plan analytics, provider pricing, or a related field • 3+ years of experience evaluating healthcare pricing, rates, reimbursement, provider or network pricing, cost models, or related financial analyses • Hands-on experience building, modifying, validating, or independently reviewing complex pricing models and supporting data
