📋 Description

• Manages the end-to-end rental lifecycle of cranes, including executing purchase orders, scheduling and coordinating transport for these orders on/off the job site, executing rental agreements, and resolving complex quality and invoice issues. • Ensures assets land at the lowest total cost consistent with considerations of quality, reliability of source, and urgency of need. • Plans, generates, adjusts and expedites purchase orders based upon field requisitions, project insights, shifting schedule needs, and market availability. • Executes buy, lease, or rent based on Crane Management Strategy. • Schedules and coordinates transportation of cranes to appropriate locations. • Initiates, maintains, and nurtures key supplier relationships in a high-demand and low-supply asset class to leverage partnerships based on business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. • 8 or more years of progressive experience in crane rentals, crane purchasing, crane operations, or related Supply Chain/crane functions required. • Ability to travel of 10% (more if outside of MN).
