📋 Description

• Provides executive leadership for the integration, coordination, and governance of a large-scale, multi-contract integrated energy campus • Aligns scope, schedule, cost, and risk across EPC contracts, business units, and stakeholders • Engages in early-stage development and project structuring to align engineering, commercial strategy, and execution approach • Serves as the central integration leader across generation, transmission, storage, gas, and data center infrastructure • Leads delivery of FTM and BTM integrated energy campuses for hyperscale data center clients • Directs integration of solar, wind, BESS, natural gas generation, and high-voltage infrastructure • Leads campus-level coordination across all scopes and contracts • Owns the integrated campus schedule across EPC scopes and contracts • Serves as senior integration leader and primary client interface at the campus level • Supports commercial strategy alignment across campus contracts • Provides campus-level visibility into cost, schedule, and financial performance • Establishes and manages campus-level risk strategies • Leads and influences cross-functional teams across Business Units and scopes • Represents the organization in industry forums, client engagements, and strategic partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field; or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience • 12+ years of experience in energy infrastructure, power generation, or large-scale construction programs • 7+ years in leadership roles • Complex industrial projects experience required • Multi-technology project experience required • BTM/behind-the-meter campus delivery experience is an advantage
