📋 Description

• Lead complex analytical initiatives that drive strategic decision-making and portfolio optimization • Influence project controls practices and policies • Mentor others and manage high-impact projects supporting renewable energy initiatives • Design, develop, and enhance dashboards and KPI tracking systems using Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and other BI tools • Conduct complex data analysis and modeling for portfolio planning and strategic decision-making • Integrate data from Primavera P6, Salesforce, and SQL databases for portfolio and project controls reporting • Drive analytical development of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process • Present findings and influence strategic direction • Establish and refine performance measurement frameworks and monitoring systems to manage project and portfolio health proactively

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance or related field required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 5 or more years of progressive experience in portfolio analysis, strategic planning, project controls analysis, or related BI function • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional initiatives and mentoring of junior professionals • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMI-SP, PMP, CSCP, CTSC) preferred • Valid, independent work authorization required; examples include U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or other valid, non-expired work authorization • Blattner is not able to sponsor H-1B visas or permanent residency
