📋 Description

• Train with the client’s team on commercial card products, the VSCE platform, implementation processes, workflow tools, and required procedures • Partner with Commercial Card Sales and business clients during kickoff and ongoing meetings to define program setup requirements, documentation, and implementation needs • Perform program setup, data entry, and validation in commercial card applications • Document implementation progress and updates in designated workflow tools • Validate documentation, authorizations, approvals, and implementation inputs • Follow up with Sales when information is incomplete or inaccurate • Coordinate file specifications, file testing, customer communications, and setup walkthroughs • Track and drive implementations through completion • Resolve or escalate implementation issues • Support transition to Client Services after implementation

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • 2+ years of commercial card implementation, onboarding, or expense-management platform experience • 3+ years of client-facing experience in banking or financial services • Hands-on experience with Visa Spend Clarity (VSCE) • Knowledge of commercial card program setup and implementation processes • Ability to work on Blend’s W2 without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future • Knowledge of the TSYS TS2 processing platform preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
