• Looking to build a network of field professionals specializing in Environmental Phase I Site Assessments. • Conduct various projects across the United States as a subcontractor. • Work alongside full-time staff in the commercial real estate due diligence industry.
• Ability to travel to regional job sites to perform field site investigations. • A bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is a plus. • 2+ years of experience in conducting environmental assessments. • Experience using Quire. • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. • Professional certifications, such as Certified Environmental Professional (CEP), Registered Architect(RA), or Professional Engineer(PE), are beneficial but not required. • Radon & AHERA (Asbestos) certifications are beneficial but not required. • Knowledge and experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac scopes of work are beneficial but not required. • Knowledge and experience with HUD scopes of work are beneficial but not required.
