📋 Description

• Oversee and manage survey technicians • Perform boundary, easement, deed, and title reviews • Conduct detailed research at the town, county, and state levels • Evaluate surveys, field notes, maps, aerial photographs, and other materials to identify potential project constraints • Determine the best approach to complete projects on time and within budget • Perform calculations of quantities and volumes • Communicate daily with crew chiefs and the operations team • Collaborate with drafting managers, design staff, and the operations team • Provide status updates, discuss challenges, and address plan revisions

🎯 Requirements

• A valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license is required, with multiple state licensures being a plus • Field and office experience in land surveying is essential • Attention to detail • Proven track record of acquiring new clients and generating new revenue • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to take direction and grow with the company • Proven track record of managing survey crews • Self-motivation and drive • Ability to work remotely • Experience using AutoCAD and/or Carlson Survey is required • Proficiency with Quickbase to log job statuses is a plus • On call for one weekend every three to four months
