• Service, maintain, and repair medical imaging equipment at various customer locations. • Evaluate equipment performance, troubleshoot issues and perform preventive maintenance, installations, calibrations, and repairs. • Document service activities, procedures, and best practices; assist in training end users on equipment operation and maintenance. • Communicate effectively with management and team members by providing project updates and reporting issues. • Provide strong customer representation and support continuous improvement by sharing field feedback.
• Education: Associate degree in a technical discipline such as electronics, mechanical engineering, or computer technology. • Experience: Equivalent military training or minimum of one year of hands-on mechanical and/or electrical experience. • Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record. • Must be 21 years of age or older to operate company vehicles. • Ability to complete Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, criminal background check, and drug screening. • Must pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) medical exam.
