• Deliver individualized nutrition education and symptom management strategies for cancer patients and survivors • Document services accurately, ensuring timely data entry and appropriate follow-up • Create and present educational sessions for internal staff and external audiences • Develop nutrition-related content for blogs, literature, and social media • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cancer nutrition through journals and reliable sources • Represent Blood Cancer United at community events and conferences • Collaborate with the Executive Director and multidisciplinary team to coordinate assignments • Perform other duties as assigned
• Registered Dietitian with active registration through the Commission on Dietetic Registration • State licensure or certification as applicable • Minimum 2 years of experience in oncology nutrition counseling or clinical dietetics • Bilingual in Spanish and English • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); database experience preferred
