📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models on the Databricks platform • Build and operationalize end-to-end ML pipelines using Databricks • Implement feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and production deployment • Use Databricks MLflow for experiment tracking, model registry, and ML lifecycle management • Build, orchestrate, and operationalize AI agents using Databricks Agent Bricks • Build agentic AI solutions for rule-based alerts, anomaly detection, and automated insights delivery • Implement Generative AI solutions on Databricks, including RAG and LLM-based applications • Collaborate with data engineering teams on scalable, high-performance Databricks Lakehouse data architectures • Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets using Databricks Delta Lake and Apache Spark

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building lasting relationships and making meaningful contributions to a team • Experience designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models on the Databricks platform • Experience building and operationalizing end-to-end ML pipelines, including feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and production deployment • Experience with Databricks MLflow for experiment tracking, model registry, and end-to-end ML lifecycle management • Experience with Databricks AI/BI Genie for conversational analytics, self-service insights, and business intelligence use cases • Hands-on experience with Databricks Agent Bricks for building, orchestrating, and operationalizing AI agents • Strong understanding and implementation experience with Generative AI solutions on Databricks, including RAG and LLM-based applications • Understanding of retail and CPG data domains is preferable
