📋 Description

• Own a book of new and existing accounts, carry a services number, and forecast accurately • Run technical discovery independently • Scope and price engagements • Write proposals and statements of work and defend the scope • Stand up the first sprint on sold engagements hands-on before handing off to a delivery lead • Build reference architectures, demos, and proofs of concept reflecting the intended deployment • Work partner channels at Snowflake and Databricks through co-selling • Feed field learnings into service-line definitions and pricing • Own the client relationship from first call through production • Participate in screening, technical working, commercial, leadership, and reference stages of the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years in a client-facing technical role at a data platform, analytics, or AI company, as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or technical Account Executive • Direct evidence of revenue ownership; carried a quota or served as the named technical owner on deals that can be sized and described • Hands-on engineering within the last three years • Ability to write SQL and Python • Experience shipping pipelines with dbt, Airflow, or an equivalent • Experience debugging something in production • Working depth on Snowflake or Databricks, and fluency in the other • Ability to be credible with both a CDO and a staff engineer • Ability to sell scope and outcomes rather than licenses and features • Resume and all application materials must be in English
