• Lead and manage the successful delivery and growth of existing client engagements. • Responsible for all facets of existing accounts to drive growth and ensure successful delivery of all client engagements. • Accountable for delivery quality, performance to budget and successful attainment of Customer business objectives / goals. • Own the revenue growth goals for existing accounts and manage client relationships as the primary point of contact. • Ensure the right team is identified, onboarded and successful in all engagements.
• Minimum of 8-10 years' experience managing enterprise engagements. • 15+ years IT industry experience with a minimum 10+ years of experience in services delivery organization • Experience at professional services company such as an agency or consulting firm • Experience working in eCommerce / Digital Services • Experience managing and growing a portfolio of business • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills • Excellent leadership and management skills • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
