📋 Description

• Own clinical efficiency as a measurable business objective within the urgent care business • Define efficiency metrics and set targets while maintaining clinical quality and clinician experience • Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for clinical-efficiency goals • Sequence initiatives by impact, effort, and risk; make trade-offs and align stakeholders • Analyze visit data, workflow telemetry, and clinician workflows to identify opportunities • Distinguish removable friction from friction required for quality or safety • Build cost and impact models for potential initiatives • Forecast operational and financial effects, measure realized impact, and refine future prioritization • Partner with clinical, operations, leadership, and engineering teams • Write specifications, make decisions, unblock engineering, and own delivery outcomes • Apply AI to clinical workflow tooling, documentation, triage, analysis, modeling, synthesis, and prototyping • Monitor clinical and AI workflow advancements and incorporate relevant opportunities into the roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of product management experience, ideally shipping to a defined, measurable objective • Track record of moving metrics through shipped product • Strong quantitative instincts; ability to pull, analyze, and reason from data • Ability to build simple cost/impact models • Strong qualitative instincts; ability to observe clinician workflows and distinguish signal from anecdote • Clear written and verbal communication • Ability to build trust and alignment across clinical, operations, engineering, and leadership • Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment • Experience building products for clinicians, care teams, or other expert operators • Fluency applying AI/LLMs to real workflows • Experience with virtual or hybrid care delivery, or understanding of telehealth workflow constraints • Comfort with operational and unit-economics modeling • CS or other technical degree is listed as nice to have, not required • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States • Must indicate whether future Blueberry Pediatrics authorization support will be required
