📋 Description

• Migrate and reconcile historical accounting data from legacy systems to the new ERP platform (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite). • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all migrated financial records. • Prepare and issue customer invoices in a timely manner. • Monitor accounts receivable and proactively follow up on outstanding balances. • Review, code, and process vendor invoices for payment. • Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments as needed. • Prepare and file required financial reports in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred. • Proven experience handling end-to-end accounting functions, including invoicing, collections, payables, and reporting. • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and data migration projects. • Strong knowledge of GAAP and statutory reporting requirements. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
