• Review contact data and determine whether it should go into the Blue Matter (BM) CRM system • Gather contact data using web research, LinkedIn, and other sources to help expand the CRM system’s contact database • Format / prepare data for uploading into the CRM system • Review, clean, update, de-duplicate, and validate existing account and contact data in the CRM system • Enrich CRM data by adding additional information as directed • Run data queries and generate reports as directed • Assist in developing and updating marketing target lists • Use dashboards to track the “health” of CRM account and contact data and to identify areas for improvement
• Familiarity / experience with databases and/or CRM systems (Salesforce.com experience preferred) • Familiarity / experience with marketing automation systems (HubSpot preferred) • Proficient in conducting online searches and using AI tools to find information • Proficiency with basic Microsoft office applications (especially Word and Excel) • At least two years of prior work experience is strongly preferred • Must be highly-organized • Must have strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing or compiling data • Must be able to follow detailed instructions and solve problems • 2-year or 4-year degree is preferred
