📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end execution of quantitative research projects, supporting stakeholders through the full research lifecycle—from survey design and programming to data analysis, reporting, and insight development. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables, accurate data processing, and timely communication of project progress. • Develop survey questionnaires aligned with research objectives and business questions. • Apply survey design best practices, including question clarity, logical flow, and bias mitigation. • Program surveys using platforms such as Qualtrics, Decipher, or similar survey tools. • Conduct comprehensive quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure survey functionality and respondent experience. • Clean, validate, and prepare survey datasets for analysis. • Create research reports, presentations, and summaries that communicate key findings effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, analytics, or a related field. • Experience designing and drafting quantitative survey questionnaires. • Strong survey programming experience with Qualtrics, Decipher, or comparable platforms. • Proficiency with survey logic, branching, quotas, randomization, and QA testing. • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, crosstabs, and data cleaning techniques. • Experience analyzing large-scale survey datasets. • Working knowledge of SPSS, R, or similar statistical analysis tools. • Experience developing research reports, presentations, and data visualizations. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously. • Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement and risk management. • Ability to independently execute within established research frameworks and processes.
