• Review, plan, implement, and manage security controls for the organization • Create and maintain the enterprise Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan • Establish the security stance through policy, architecture, and training processes • Oversee operations of enterprise security solutions • Interface with development and network peers and business unit leaders to share the corporate security vision and solicit involvement in enterprise security • Lead selection of appropriate security solutions • Oversee vulnerability audits and assessments • Manage security exemption processes involving shared risks to company systems and data • Establish and maintain a security risk register and plan to address key risks • Produce and maintain a rolling 12-month security program of work • Create and maintain the security awareness training program • Create and maintain security documents, including policies, standards, baselines, guidelines, and procedures • Conduct and coordinate testing of procedures and systems every six months • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of degree • Minimum 5 years of experience in information security management or related functions • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, finance, or information systems • Preferred: 7+ years of experience in information security management or related functions • Preferred: Information Security Management qualifications such as CISSP, CRISC or CISM
