📋 Description

• Establish strategic and trusting relationships with hospital pharmacy, diversion, compliance, and privacy leaders • Lead live virtual and in-person product demonstrations of ControlCheck and PrivacyPro workflows • Drive sales performance by communicating the value of individual solutions and the unified Compliance Suite • Support cross-sell and upsell strategy for existing hospital customers • Assist sales leaders with personalized messaging and strategies to achieve revenue goals • Engage frontline staff through Chief Compliance/Privacy Officers and the C-suite • Provide strategic insight on drug diversion program operations and patient privacy/HIPAA compliance practices • Partner with product teams to provide customer feedback and clinical/compliance input for the roadmap • Lead webinars and produce informative content with marketing • Monitor legislation, trends, and regulations affecting pharmacy, privacy, and healthcare operations

🎯 Requirements

• Healthcare leader with 5+ years of experience in hospital drug diversion prevention, pharmacy operations, and/or patient privacy/HIPAA compliance program leadership • Pharmacist licensure, privacy officer credential, or compliance certification preferred • Deep, hands-on experience with drug diversion monitoring and/or patient privacy monitoring platforms • Fluency to run demonstrations and field technical, clinical, and compliance questions with minimal support • Experience with ControlCheck, PrivacyPro, or comparable platforms strongly preferred • Proven track record of operating autonomously and leading multidisciplinary projects across pharmacy, nursing, IT, compliance, legal, and privacy stakeholders • Direct experience evaluating and implementing diversion or privacy monitoring technologies • Familiarity with EMR/ADC integrations, including Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Pyxis, or Omnicell • Knowledge of DEA regulations and Joint Commission diversion standards, and/or HIPAA and OCR investigation processes • Polished, confident presentation skills, virtually and in person • Ability to tailor delivery and influence decision-making across disciplines and organizational levels • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
