📋 Description

• Establish strategic relationships with hospital pharmacy, diversion, compliance, and privacy leaders • Lead virtual and in-person product demonstrations of ControlCheck and PrivacyPro • Demonstrate diversion investigation workflows, including IRIS analytics and case management • Demonstrate patient privacy monitoring workflows, including multi-incident case review and user watchlists • Collaborate with sales to communicate the value of ControlCheck, PrivacyPro, and the unified Compliance Suite • Support cross-sell and upsell strategies and help develop personalized sales messaging • Engage hospital staff from frontline teams through Chief Compliance/Privacy Officers and C-suite leaders • Provide strategic insight based on drug diversion, pharmacy operations, patient privacy, and HIPAA compliance expertise • Partner with product teams to provide customer feedback and clinical/compliance input for the product roadmap • Lead webinars and create educational content with marketing • Monitor legislation, trends, and regulations affecting pharmacy, privacy, and healthcare operations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in hospital drug diversion prevention, pharmacy operations, and/or patient privacy/HIPAA compliance program leadership • Pharmacist licensure, privacy officer credential, or compliance certification preferred • Deep, hands-on experience with drug diversion monitoring and/or patient privacy monitoring platforms • Fluency to run demonstrations and field technical, clinical, and compliance questions with minimal support • Experience with ControlCheck, PrivacyPro, or comparable platforms strongly preferred • Proven ability to operate autonomously and lead multidisciplinary projects across pharmacy, nursing, IT, compliance, legal, and privacy stakeholders • Direct experience evaluating and implementing diversion or privacy monitoring technologies • Familiarity with EMR/ADC integrations, including Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Pyxis, and Omnicell • Knowledge of DEA regulations and Joint Commission diversion standards, and/or HIPAA and OCR investigation processes • Ability to present confidently virtually and in person and influence decision-making across disciplines • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
