📋 Description

• Provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting • Provide direct patient care and conduct patient assessments • Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications as necessary • Ensure patient care complies with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards • Practice autonomously without corporate administrative interference • Join a team of therapists and a prescriber through onboarding and team matching • Meet with collaborating therapists at least monthly to discuss patient cases or clinical topics • Perform clinical work from home on a self-chosen schedule • Attend virtual clinical conferences at least weekly during the first 90 days, then monthly

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a PMHNP license and be open to licensing in alternative states • 1+ years of experience as a PMHNP required • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals • Strong computer and technology skills • Strong clinical background in psychiatry • Strong background in diagnosing psychiatric disorders and psychopharmacological treatments • Familiarity with non-pharmacological interventions • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills • Master's degree required • PMHNP certification/license required
