📋 Description

• Provide clinical services remotely from home • Build a patient caseload with support from the BlueSky team • Work within collaborative clinical teams of therapists and psychiatric prescribers • Participate in monthly staffing with collaborating prescribers to discuss patient cases and clinical topics • Choose preferred clinical days and hours based on availability • Participate in virtual clinical team meetings • Collaborate with psychiatric providers and therapists to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold an active, unrestricted clinical license in at least one served state: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, or WA • Must be willing to obtain additional state licenses as needed • Accepted licenses may include LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, or equivalent independent clinical licenses recognized in served states • Must not own or operate a private practice • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse healthcare professionals • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Solid computer skills and comfort using basic technology, EHRs, and telehealth platforms • Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered behavioral health care
